How Can My Flight School Sell Sporty's Courses Through Flight Schedule ProUpdated 3 days ago
Flight schools now have the ability to sell a selection of Sporty's Pilot Training courses directly through Flight Schedule Pro to their students and receive a portion of the proceeds. In addition to financial benefits, flight schools will be able to view students ground training progress along side their flight training progress.
To enable to option to sell Sporty's courses in Flight Schedule Pro, your flight school must be subscribed to Flight Schedule Pro billing hub. If you wish to also view the students' progress, then you must also be subscribed to training hub.
How To Sell
Once you have subscribed to Billing Hub, the Sporty's integration will become active. To enable the integration, click the settings in Flight Schedule Pro and choose the Integrations tab.
Select the Sporty's Ground School Integrations option. You must view and agree to the Reseller Agreement before you can begin to sell courses. Next toggle the integration to "On." You may temporarily pause selling courses at any time by disabling this option.
Once the integration is enabled, you may select which training courses from Sporty's you would like to sell. You can choose as many or as few as you prefer but typically each course will corresponding with specific flight training you provide to students.
Check each course one at a time and complete the setup for the Product and Service Item. You can always go back at a later time and make changes to the item.
Now your schools can sell courses to customers. Navigate to Billing and create a new invoice.
Search for the desired course product and add the customer before you pay the invoice. Repeat as necessary. You may also consider adding the training course products as part of enrollment or flight training package.
How To View
If your flight school is subscribed to training hub, you can view the online training courses progress of any student who has connected with Sporty's. Select "Students" from the menu on the left and use filters to identify an appropriate student.
Select the student's course and you'll be presented with visual progress.
